Yatton Infant School Rebuild Project
We are excited to inform you that Lighthouse Schools Partnership & Yatton Infant School have appointed Coreus Group who will be delivering the Client-side Project Management and Cost Management roles, responsible for overseeing the design and construction works of the new teaching block.
As you will all be aware, in May 2023, Yatton Infant school suffered a devastating fire which resulted in almost all of the infant school being destroyed and has subsequently been demolished. Temporary classrooms have been placed on site where the pupils will be taught until a new facility is completed.
Whilst the team are busy behind the scenes, preparing designs and necessary consent applications, works on site are not anticipated to start until early 2025.
As the project gains momentum, we’ll be keeping local residents and the community informed on progress, and provide opportunity for a face-to-face feedback and update sessions.
