We believe that learning a language should be based around the four key skills of:

• Listening -écouter
• Speaking - parler
• reading - lire
• writing - écrire

Our scheme of work Learn French with Luc et Sophie does all of that based around stories. This means that in our MFL learning we are also practising reading as part of our reading curriculum. The topic based stories are written in simple sentences and introduce key vocabulary and sentence structures.

The scheme is fully supported by audio files so that it is perfect for both out French language confident teachers and those who are not.
